Subscription & Free Trial Terms
1. Subscription service
HK MobiAura Technology Limited offers Radio Tuner subscriptions through Apple in-app purchase. Check the benefits, billing period, price and offer shown in the App and Apple confirmation before purchasing.
2. Trial eligibility
Trials require an available offer and Apple eligibility. Previous trials may affect eligibility. The purchase screen determines whether offers can be combined.
3. Cancelling a trial
Cancel at least 24 hours before a trial ends to avoid renewal. Remaining trial access may end immediately and may not be reinstated; Apple’s status and offer conditions apply.
4. Renewal and billing
Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically. Apple charges your account within that final 24-hour window at the applicable renewal price for your plan, as confirmed by Apple.
5. Manage, cancel and restore
On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions and select the App’s subscription to manage or cancel it. Deleting the App, stopping use or contacting us does not automatically cancel a subscription. Use the original purchasing Apple Account and Restore Purchases in the App to restore eligible, valid entitlements without making a new purchase.
6. Access to benefits
Benefits are available during the subscription’s validity. Cancelling renewal generally preserves access for the paid period; access ends on expiry. Trial cancellation follows the trial terms above. Benefits depend on the purchase screen and valid subscription status; this Agreement grants no additional cross-app entitlement.
7. Payment and refunds
Apple processes payments. Submit refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple assesses eligibility under its rules and applicable law. Cancelling a subscription is not a refund request and does not guarantee an automatic refund. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Price and terms changes
Changes to prices or terms follow applicable law and Apple rules, including required notices and consent. Review changes before renewal and decide whether to continue; continued use does not replace explicit consent required by law or Apple rules.
